I cannot express how great of an experience I've had with the folks at Sport trail trailers. Got my new Caymas 28hb and it came on one of their trailers. After using it a few times noticed it needed some adjustments to make it perfect for the future. Reached out to Sport Trail and got an almost immediate response from Damon and Mary who looked at the situation and made it right as quickly as anyone could ever hope for. They drove to my home (over 1.5hrs) on a Saturday to make the adjustments needed on my trailer to make sure we were completely satisfied. This is the the type of customer service that has unfortunately been lost in so many industries, but they made sure the trailer was right and that we were completely satisfied and I can't thank them enough, this truly has been an amazing experience interacting with them and I can't recommend this company enough. The trailer this new boat is on is the best I've every owned, pulls easy, rides great, has all stainless components, low-maintenance hubs, boat slides on and off easier than any of the numerous other boats I've had and it's all because of the great setup and quality of the Sport Trail trailer. Good morning Damon, Mary and the entire Sport Trail team. Wanted to follow up with a report on my ZX200 bass boat trailer you built for me a few weeks ago. I had meant to get back to you sooner but have not had the opportunity to use the boat but a few times and only at a couple of different launches in the last several weeks. I did pull the boat/trailer up to Caney Creek Lake which was about a 500 mile round trip including in some of the hardest rain I have driven through in a long time. The trailer pulls straight and true, including no attempts to hydroplane on me on the very wet roads. I worked for a major oil and gas exploration company for over 35 years and also an engineering company out of Dallas for several years before that so I have been around good and bad engineering virtually my whole working career. The Sport Trail team definitely falls into the good engineering work team! From the parts and pieces you select, winch, tires, wheels, hitch and brake system and LED lights to the trailer and the welds, bracing and balance of the trailer, it has worked wonderfully. With the way you mounted the front bumper further in, I do believe this trailer will be easier to put the boat back on than the original Skeeter trailer was, especially at some of the not so good launches that south Louisiana is known for. Again, very nice to see good engineering at work and appreciate the effort by your entire team. Will definitely recommend a Sport Trail trailer to anyone looking for a well built trailer.
