Sport Trail after sale service has been impressive. I typically don't do reviews but with the level of service I received I have too. Quick story. I purchased a Sport Trail boat trailer that is 5 years old. This is my first Sport Trail trailer and it's built extremely well and the nicest boat trailer I have owned. I contacted ST about adding a bow ladder and they promptly replied, I paid and they shipped one my way. Once it arrived I could see my trailer didn't have enough room to install it. I contacted ST and they replied immediately with a phone call. We then realized my trailer was built before they upgraded their process of installing the longer tongue on all trailers. I never said how old it was and they felt they made a mistake not confirming this first. I expected a full refund and to ship it back.... That's not how ST operates. They apologized and said we will fix it with an upgraded trailer tongue at no cost. I reminded them I'm 4 hours away. They said no problem our tech will come to you and get it done. This was late Friday afternoon. Tuesday their friendly and knowledgeable tech James showed up. By the afternoon I have an upgraded trailer tongue, all wires and hoses extended and my bow ladder installed at zero extra cost to me. This level of service to make sure customers are happy is rare and they have earned a life long customer for sure.
